After noticing ranking up after calling the dogs for the literal third time at Makin (BTW I finished first with 32 kills and 8 deaths) I also noticed I had unlocked a new weapon (MG42) so I decided, hey why not try it? We were in intermission so I quickly changed from my MP40 w/ aperture sight to the MG42. We went to courtyard literally 3 minutes into the game I had 5 glorious kills. The gun was sooo amazing! It fires so rapidly it only takes holding in the R1 button with a good aim at the person. I won three free for all matches in a row with this gun. I love it! I completed the marksman challenge and I put a bipod on it (not sure how good that will do). Got any kit tips to go with the MG42?

that gun is ok..i rely on the old mp40 you cant go wrong with it..but ive ranked high enough to have overkill which allows me 2 primary weapons so I also use a sniper rifle it is so sweet especially on makin I love it! Hey I also have the flame thrower but ive yet to be real impressed with it...it is fun to walk in a room and burn about 4 or 5 people hahahahaha! The best is when you snipe someone from one end of the map to other with a head shot....YEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS! my username is (big O)ogishere if anyone wants to add me as a friend on the PS3.

Yeah the MP40 is still my all time favorite. Nothing can beat it, hip fire or aperture it is great.
