(9) No Trolling^X -

Do not post comments which have the sole purpose to cause an argument. You may express your opinion on a topic, however abuse to anyone who doesn't have the same opinion as you will not be tolerated. Trolls will be banned.

(10) No Flaming or posting of material intended to start a flame war^X.--

Forum wars are stupid and childish we will not get involved with them.

(11) No All Caps^X -

This is seen as shouting and any post like this will be removed. It is also classed as rude, please don't do it.

(12) Keep things public

- To make this forum successful please only use the pm system for the odd private message.

(13) Spamming of any type is not allowed^X---

Where as some poor forums feel the urge to spam their way to the top we feel that only good honest post makes a forum successful. Any spam will be removed and the offended warned then banned.

(14) Word filter^X ---

It is there to protect everyone on the forum anyone found trying to avoid this will be warned then banned and the post removed.

(15) A three strike system is in effect for any user failing to fully comply with the rules:

First Offence: A warning.
Second Offence: A 20 post long post approval.
Third Offence: A one week ban.

In severe cases the offender may be banned before making 3 offences.
If you have a problem with any particular user, Please send a PM to one of the moderators. Please do not contact moderators or Admin about silly childish petty squabbles.

(16) Complaints

We take pride in our forum however there may be times where some of our members or guest may feel upset. If this is the case please send the Admin a pm clearly stated what you are upset about ,, if you can take a screen shot to back up your claim then please do.
Anyone found to be abusing the complaints system will be removed from the forum.

(17) No vulgar or gross messages^X --

Please no gross out messages! We do not want to hear stuff related to mucus, poo, or anything related to that that may make a person loose their appetite.

(18) Stay on topic^X --

When you post in the Call of Duty board (or reply to a topic) be sure to stay on topic! By on topic we mean, do not be talking about Call of Duty 4 then bring up your new kittens. This is considered thread hijacking by most users as well.

(19) No fake topic titles^X --

Be sure your subject is related to your message. This is also nonconstructive and can be highly annoying when using the search. Example, you post about BioShock in your message but your thread title is, "Cream cheese!", that is a fake topic title and if it is caught will be deleted.

(20) No back talk^X --

When a mod or admin locks one of your topics do not back talk them or be a smart-elic about it! We lock topics for a reason and we would appreciate it if you did not post asking why it was locked or send us a private message.

(21) About inactive accounts --

If your account is inactive for more than 5 day(s) then you will be forced reactivation.

(22) Proper use of BBCodes and Smilies --

Smilies and BBCodes are put on this board for fun but should not be overused. There should be no more than 5 smilies and no more than 10 BBCodes in a post (with some exceptions).

(23) Religion^X --
This is a sensitive subject and we ask that users respect and tolerate all religions.

(24) Posting Language^X --
Post in English only, unless the foreign language used is quoted directly from a game.

(25) Word Case Usage^X --
Please do not use ALL CAPS: (all capital letters). In the online world this is considered shouting.
all lower case: All lower case is difficult to read.
If you are writing a message that has more than one sentence, you should use proper capitalization. This makes it easier for people to read your response.

(26) Punctuation/Form^X --
This is a message board. Using proper punctuation and capitalizing the first word in a sentence makes reading your post much easier. Please take time to properly compose your post(s).

* By Piracy we mean

Illegal copying of a product such as software or music.
The unauthorised duplication and/or use and distribution of a software program, including Music, Programs,Movies etc.

This also includes copying post from one forum to another with out the consent of the original author.

** By Legal we mean

The selling of any material including drugs and/or any other product under the current law which is illegal.

Also the showing and allowing the showing of any material which is against the law and also against the MyFreeForum Terms And Conditions, this would include pornography in any shape or form.

The new infraction system.

The infraction system is basically a pimped out warning system. Once you receive three warnings (which is a week ban as well), you will start infractions which automatically ban you for a certain amount depending how many points the rule broken was worth. Below is a list of the points system.

• 5 Points - 1 Week Ban
• 10 Points - 1 Month Ban
• 15 Points - 1 Year Ban
• 20 Points - Permanent I.P. Ban

Fair enough, eh? Now below is a list of the rules and the points that are give if broken.
